2. Visiting our website, server log files
When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system information and the previously visited page. The processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted or anonymised after a short time unless security incidents require longer retention.
3. Cookies, consent and external providers
We use technically necessary cookies without your consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These include the session cookie p24sess (login in the team area, protection against forged forms, signing of contracts; deleted when the browser is closed) and the cookie p24_consent, which stores your choice in the cookie banner for 180 days.
We load all other services only if you have agreed in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected. Without your consent no connection to these providers is made. An overview of cookies and storage periods can be found on the page Cookies.

A transfer of data to third countries (in particular the USA) cannot be ruled out for these providers. Where available, it relies on the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses; your consent covers this transfer.
4. Contact form and enquiries
If you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and your IP address (to prevent abuse and spam). Processing takes place to handle your enquiry and to initiate a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. When an enquiry arrives we notify our team by email.
5. Appointment booking and email delivery
If you book an appointment online, we process your name, email address, optionally your phone number and message, the chosen time and your IP address (to prevent abuse). The purpose is to arrange and carry out the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You receive a confirmation by email with a calendar file (.ics); via the link in the email you can view or cancel the appointment. Our team receives the appointment in its calendar. We delete appointment data when it is no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.
We send emails from this website (confirmations, notifications, replies to enquiries) through the mailbox of our hosting or email provider. The recipient address, subject and content of the message are technically transmitted via its mail server.
6. Digital contracts
If you receive a link to a contract from us, you can view and sign it online. In doing so we process the details contained in the contract, the name you enter, your drawn signature, the time, your IP address, browser identifier, the number and times of views and a checksum of the contract text. The purpose is to perform the contract and to prove that it was concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods (currently up to 6 or 10 years).
7. Online withdrawal
If you withdraw from a contract via our withdrawal function, we process your name, email address, the name of the contract, your comment, time and IP address. We immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by email. The legal basis is contract processing and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). We retain the data in accordance with the statutory periods.
8. Customer management and project data
To provide our services we process contact, project, invoice and contract data of our customers (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Access is limited to our team and protected by personal logins.
9. Recipients
Your data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary to perform the contract (for example to hosting providers, payment service providers, tax advisers) or where we are legally obliged to do so.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact info@projekte24.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
