Right of withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers who conclude a distance contract with us (e.g. via the website, by email or phone). A consumer is anyone who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry and exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for services once we have fully provided the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB), such as software or websites created individually to your specifications, insofar as they constitute such goods. We point this out in every offer if it applies to your contract.
