FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
That depends on the scope: from a simple one-page website to a web presence with an admin area. After a short conversation you receive a clear quote with a fixed scope of work.
How long until launch?
Usually a few weeks, depending on scope. We fix the timeframe in the contract beforehand. It also depends on how quickly texts, images and access details reach us.
What does “demo first, then live” mean?
Before anything appears on your domain you get a demo version to try. You give feedback, we implement it, and the site only goes live after your approval.
Can I change content myself later?
Yes. On websites with an admin area you maintain content such as menus, texts or appointments yourself in the protected login area. For everything else we make changes as part of maintenance.
Do you keep looking after the website after launch?
Yes, on request: with a maintenance and support contract covering updates, bug fixing, changes and backups. We define scope and price together.
Do you only work on site?
No. We work digitally. Coordination happens by phone, video call or email; we arrange in-person meetings individually when needed.
How does the process work?
We send contracts as a personal link. You read them online and sign directly on screen. Invoices also reach you as a link, for example to a PDF file.
Who owns the finished website?
We regulate the usage rights in the contract. You usually receive them upon full payment. Content you provide to us naturally remains yours.
How do you handle data protection?
We implement forms, access and data storage in a data-efficient way and support you with the legal notice and privacy policy. The legal review of your texts remains with your legal adviser.
